Sam and Danike’s engagement in Boracay, just a day before their wedding! The scenery was just lovely. Beautiful light, though it was a bit more windy than we’d hoped for. Still, the photos turned out AMAZING! Don’t just take my word for it though, see them for yourself! Shot for Benjie Tiongco

For those who do not know, concert photography was my first love. It’s the first thing I ever covered, and this event just made me want to shoot even more of them. It’s different from covering any other thing, especially if you love the music that’s playing before you, which makes it so much more special to capture. This was a concert for Terno Recordings’ 10th Anniversary. Good job guys! Thanks to Mr. Toti Dalmacion!

Hi Jowell! Love these images! I was there also and it was a great night! I also had my camera and we captured some similar images. And you even have a picture of me. I’m standing next to Lordes in the image with a lot of red. But the ones I really really like, are of things that I didn’t take much notice of…images of the crowd or through it or shoes next to some equipment or silhouettes of band-mates communicating, neat! If you have time check out the ones I took, they are on the multiply site, and let me know what you think. Thanks for sharing! You’ve given me some insight for the next event. Great work!

Hey Stephen! Yes I remember, it was great meeting you there! And yes it was a great night. Loved the music. Thank you for your kind words, I tried to get as much angles as possible and it was kind of tough with the small venue and the distance between the audience and the band but in the end I was happy with my shots. I saw your photos and they’re pretty neat! I like the wide on Xavier, and I envy you for having covered STP. Hope to bump into you again in another concert!

Tahiti 80′s Facebook page pointed me to your website Fantastic photos and a beautiful collection! Too bad I missed their concert but looking at your images, it made me feel that I was able to take a piece of that night of wonderful music. I too wanted to try concert photography because I like to capture moments in spectacular lighting.
Also, I think you’re a member of the Pipho forum. I liked your Ross & Ann’s Prenup photos that you also shared with us.

Thank you sir for letting me know how you feel about the photos. I’m honored that other people like you appreciate what I shared from the concert, even if it really is just a tiny fraction of the awesomeness that transpired haha! It was an amazing thing to be able to shoot them, and you should try it too sometime. It’s never too late, just decide to pick up your camera : )
By the way, I don’t remember sharing Ross & Ann’s prenup over at Pipho. Could you share me the link?
